The JASOA will conduct general elections in September. All Officer positions, including sports Commissioners, will be eligible for vote.

JASOA SOCCER REFEREES DEPARTMENT MILESTONES

1. Head of USSF Overseas Referees Branch and Assistant visit Yokosuka, conduct clinic, meet with President of the Japan Football Federation (JFA).  (May 1999).

2. Former World Cup and EURO Referee officiates with JASOA. (May 1999).

3. Former FIFA World Cup Referee visits Yokosuka, conducts training with JASOA Referees. (May 2000).

4. JASOA Referee completes FIFA FUTURO II course, meets childhood idol, officiates professional league matches in French Polynesia. (September 2000).

5. JASOA Referee takes command of milestone match in China. (September 2003).

6. JASOA Referees officiate in Miura Hanto Taikai Final. (February 2004).
